UNCOMMON GRAN SEOUL은 검안실을 단순한 기능적 공간이 아닌, 브랜드의 태도와 철학을 응축한 중심으로 재해석한 공간이다.
검안은 흐릿한 상태에서 명확한 지점으로 도달하는 과정이며, 이 프로젝트는 그 과정을 공간의 흐름으로 치환했다.
사용자의 움직임은 하나의 축 위에서 정리되고, 교차하는 시선은 자연스럽게 하나의 지점으로 수렴된다. 소실점에 위치한 검안실은 기능을 넘어, 선이 도달하는 구조적 중심으로 작동한다.
UNCOMMON GRAN SEOUL은 안경을 구매하는 공간이 아니라, 시선이 형성되고 집중되는 과정을 드러내는 공간이다.
UNCOMMON GRAN SEOUL reinterprets the optometry room not as a purely functional space, but as a central element that embodies the brand’s attitude and philosophy.
Optometry is a process of moving from ambiguity to clarity, and this project translates that process into a spatial flow.
The user’s movement is organized along a single axis, while intersecting lines of sight naturally converge toward one point. Positioned at the vanishing point, the optometry room operates beyond function, becoming the structural center where vision arrives.
UNCOMMON GRAN SEOUL is not merely a space for purchasing eyewear, but a space that reveals the process through which vision is formed and focused.
